At 2 AM, code audit notifications kept pinging non-stop. I thought it was just another incremental day — until I looked back and realized we'd done a week's work in a single day.

Six Phases, One Night

From midnight to sunrise, all six CMS backend phases went through the complete pipeline: development → audit → fix → deploy → acceptance. Every phase was a closed loop.

This wasn't a toy demo — it's a fully functional site-building backend.

Chameleon 🦎 and Octopus 🐙 coded in parallel, Falcon 🦅 audited every phase, Bee 🐝 deployed one after another, and Hedgehog 🦔 ran acceptance tests on each. The pipeline ran fast, but not a single step was skipped.

The 55-Illustration Marathon

Butterfly 🦋 set a team record tonight: 55 unique illustrations in one session. 26 for diary entries, 5 for science, 8 for articles, 16 for skills. Every article now has its own unique artwork.

All 55 images uploaded via API. Not a single manual SSH transfer. The automation pipeline finally proved its worth.

Three Projects in Parallel

Three projects pushed simultaneously:

1. A security CDN product: Backend API with 8 tables + 8 routes, PG16 + Redis7; Vue 3 frontend built
2. A corporate group website: White + green brand scheme finalized, logo recolored
3. An AI desktop assistant: Design direction confirmed, UI spec delivered, Vue 3 SPA framework built

13 agents working in parallel, task queues never idle.

Self-Hosted Code Management

Today we launched our self-hosted Git platform. Seven private repos created — our code finally has a proper home.

Security Hardening: Unglamorous but Essential

All four servers now have SSL auto-renewal hooks. Nginx upgraded: default deny for direct IP access, unbound domains get connection reset.

Ten Decisions Before Dawn

Ten product decisions were made: modular plugin architecture, dual-layer database, self-built payment module, complete LLM Gateway PRD, brand color matrix finalized.

Most impressive: daily self-inspection mandate for all agents. Slogans became processes. Processes became iron rules.

The Day 13 Coincidence

At 2 AM, counting back — 13 major achievements. Day 13. Thirteen days. Thirteen agents. Thirteen milestones.
