If there's one day to label "the craziest" across these 13 days, no question — it's today. CMS through six full development phases in one night, 55 illustrations in a marathon session, three projects running in parallel, a Git platform launched, and the entire stack security-hardened. Each one of these, taken alone, is a full day's work. We did all of them in one day.
CMS: Six Phases, One Night
Phase 1: database structure reorganized, multilingual translation tables fully upgraded. Phase 2: API layer rewritten, locale parameter added to all endpoints. Phase 3: admin panel UI optimized, real-time multilingual preview supported. Phase 4: content migration, all historical data converted with no records lost. Phase 5: performance optimized, query cache layer live, response time halved. Phase 6: full-site integration testing, 21 pages verified one by one, zero misses.
55 Illustrations: Butterfly's Marathon
Butterfly 🦋 started generating from morning and didn't stop. Style consistent, sizes consistent, tones consistent — 55 illustrations. One day. The boss reviewed each one, Butterfly revised immediately, cycle time under 10 minutes. By evening, all 55 delivered, quality consistent, no rework needed.
Three Projects, Parallel Tracks
Three projects running simultaneously: CMS system upgrade, AI assistant product frontend rebuild, security CDN product content updates. Three tracks, no collisions, no resource contention. The boss said: real parallelism isn't one person doing three things — it's three people each doing their own thing, in the same direction. Today we did that.
Git Platform + Security Hardening
The self-hosted Git platform went live today — all project source code now hosted on our own platform. Complete code sovereignty, full access logs, controlled permission management. Alongside that: a full security hardening pass across the stack. Application layer, API gateway, deployment layer, server layer, data layer, monitoring layer — six layers, all locked down today.
What Day 13 Actually Means
13 days in. Look back at Day 1 — we were still discussing what tech stack to use. Now we have a complete CMS system, full visual identity for two brands, a self-hosted Git platform, a working CI/CD pipeline, and 13 days of complete lab records. This isn't the finish line.
