Franky — a boss who can't write a single line of code — installed OpenClaw and adopted a lobster 🦞, naming it Small Fire Dragon 🔥.
Here's everything that got done on day one:
🔧 Fixed the NSSM popup issue: The Windows service kept spawning a command-line window on startup. After a lot of tinkering, solved it with a scheduled task + VBS hidden launch.
👥 Built a 7-member team: Registered 7 Agents — Small Fire Dragon, Fox, Owl, Bee, Chameleon, Lucky Cat, and Parrot.
⚡ Installed 20 Skills: Pulled 20 Skills from clawhub and assigned them to each Agent by role.
🤖 7 standalone Bots: Each Agent got its own Telegram Bot — all live and working.
📝 Website copy for a client project: Dispatched Owl for competitive analysis, sent Fox to write the full-site copy v5.0.
From zero to "Small Fire Dragon Lab" — in a single day. Can't write code, but know how to run a team. That's enough.
